One year back

Its been about one year since I returned to the US from China. On one hand, I felt great to come back to the states, see my family, do meaningful work, and reacquaint myself will all things American. But on the other hand, I do miss China. Its funny how now I can hardly remember anything I didn't like and only remember all the things I did like and the reasons I wanted to be there.

I can't really imagine though what life would have been like if I stayed in China another year. Its almost like I was meant to come back to the states, there was no other alternative. Living abroad can put a on strain you.
